The Managing Director
INNODRIVESYS Managing Director Ivan Venkov completed his mechanical engineering studies abroad at the University of Karlsruhe (KIT). As a result, our company communicates fluently in technical, industry-specific German, supported by solid engineering knowledge.
He possesses excellent skills in MS Office and the CAD software programs SIEMENS NX, CATIA V5, Autodesk Inventor, Auto CAD and VariCAD.
Mr. Venkov gained valuable CAD engineering experience while working as a Development Engineer at NAS, the Fraunhofer Institute (Pfinztal – Karlsruhe), and MOT GmbH (Karlsruhe). During his studies, he also worked as a research assistant at the IFKM Institute – University of Karlsruhe (KIT), contributing to multiple projects involving both theoretical and practical work.
From 2015 to 2022, he expanded his professional expertise in Bulgaria at Steka Bulgaria and later at KATEK Bulgaria. In this period, he served as Industrialization Manager and Assistant to the Managing Director, taking on responsibility for the factory expansion of KATEK Electronic Bulgaria, successfully supporting its development until the end of 2022.
Structured, cost-conscious thinking and a strong solution-oriented mindset have become natural elements of his work approach, shaped by his long-standing engineering and leadership roles.
